- Buzz Promotions' hiring process is in-depth and we never outsource our work. We focus on hiring fresh faces to avoid having the same staff as every other agency. Only experienced staff who are outgoing, bubbly, dedicated and posses a contagious, positive energy are chosen for our roster. We know our staff personally which means absolutely no cattle calls.
- Strict yet innovative policies have enabled us to maintain a less than 1% no-show rate since we started. There is no tolerance for late or unreliable staff at Buzz and we include that in our staff contracts. Because of our effective screening and hiring process we're able to choose people that are reliable and committed.
- Our monthly company get-togethers and training sessions familiarize our staff with their co-workers and the products we represent. Each session involves tasting and discussing products that have been recently introduced to the company. This gives us and our clients a chance to know our staff on a personal level. It’s also a great way to keep staff up to date, informed and involved as well as an extra incentive to promote these products. Our (free) innovative training program has given us an advantage in sales, especially with liquor promotions, and has enabled many of our clients to train our staff using a hands-on approach.
- We stand behind our promise to fill every booking. Buzz Promotions provides suitable back-up staff for each shift to ensure that each contact is completed successfully even in the event of an emergency.
- Although many of our promotional staff are professional models, we understand that promoting means engaging the audience, not just looking pretty. We get to know each staff member during our interview process and thoroughly evaluate each client's needs in order to appropriately match the right staff with the right clients.
- We believe in rewarding exceptional work. Staff competitions and contests are implemented regularly, and free of charge to our clients, to add extra incentive. Our promoters are often 'secret shopped' so we're aware of who's doing an outstanding job. Our aim isn't just to provide staff, it's to produce results.
